1. Data we collect
Email, name, payment method tokens (we never store full card numbers), IP at signup, device type used to stream and aggregate viewing analytics (channel ID + timestamp, no programme-level tracking). We do not collect your full streaming history, content choices or any personal preferences beyond what's required to deliver the service.
2. Why we collect it
Account creation, payment processing, fraud prevention, service delivery (anti-freeze routing needs IP geo to find the nearest edge), and aggregate capacity planning. We never use your data for advertising. We never sell, rent or lease your data.
3. Retention
Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for 12 months after termination, then deleted. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance. Aggregate analytics are retained indefinitely but never include personally identifying information.
4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may access, correct, port and delete your personal data at any time. Email privacy@iptv-sport.com with a written request — we respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use first-party functional cookies only (login session, language preference, last-watched). No third-party tracking pixels. No advertising cookies. Ever.
6. Anonymous payments
Crypto payments are processed by our PSP without KYC. You may sign up with a pseudonymous email and pay with crypto for maximum privacy. We recommend Proton Mail, Tutanota or SimpleLogin aliases.
