Terms of service

1. Agreement

By accessing IPTV-Sport you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to active subscribers 14 days before they take effect.

2. Subscriptions & payment

Subscriptions are one-time payments for the duration purchased. We do not auto-renew. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA and major cryptocurrencies. Crypto payments are non-refundable past the 7-day window.

3. Refund policy

Plans of 3 months and longer carry a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of request. Monthly plans are non-refundable past 24 hours of activation.

4. Acceptable use

Each plan includes a fixed number of simultaneous connections (1-5). Resharing credentials publicly, mass-distributing your M3U URL, or using the service for commercial rebroadcast voids the subscription without refund. Reseller customers must operate within the reseller contract.

5. Service availability

We target 99.99% monthly uptime, measured at edge nodes by independent synthetic probes. SLA breaches above 0.1% downtime in a calendar month entitle Champion and Legend subscribers to pro-rated service-credit extensions.

6. Content rights

IPTV-Sport redistributes broadcast feeds licensed in our home jurisdictions. We do not warrant legality of access in your country. You are responsible for compliance with local broadcast and copyright law.

7. DMCA / takedown

Rights holders can submit takedown requests to dmca@iptv-sport.com. Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours. Counter-notices are accepted and processed under DMCA section 512(g) standards.

8. Limitation of liability

IPTV-Sport is provided “as is”. Maximum liability is capped at the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time — your subscription stays active until its paid term expires. We may terminate accounts violating these Terms with a pro-rated refund of the unused term.
