Excluded plans

Starter (1 month) is non-refundable past the first 24 hours — we cap this to prevent abuse of single-event subscriptions during a high-stakes PPV. If your stream actually had verifiable technical issues we'll of course refund regardless.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Crypto refunds are processed in the same coin at current rate; bank transfer alternatives available on request.

SLA credits

Outside of refund windows, downtime exceeding our 99.99% SLA earns you pro-rated extension credits applied automatically — no claim needed.
